Large plot with direct sea views, was part of a large garden which is now fenced off. Full planning permission has been granted by Rother District Council under reference RR/2017/921/P (although the design probably needs updating as I think you could build something much more spectacular).
The plot is located on South Cliff - the most sought after road in Bexhill on Sea with direct sea views.
Bexhill on Sea is a lovely sea side town, with low crime rate and access to London via two different train routes - towards Eastbourne to London Victoria or Hastings to London Bridge/Charing cross. There is a provincial train station a 7 minute walk from the plot that can take you in either direction or drive to Battle (20 mins) and be in London 1:20 mins later.
The De La Warr pavilion on the beautiful seafront hosts lots of live music, theatre and art events - with 20s, 60s weekends, cycle and motorcycle shows etc - there is always something going on - its 15 minutes walk along the front to this venue - so close enough to enjoy, far enough away not to be disturbed.
The plot has no services but we would sell it with a provision that these would go across our property next door.
There will be a covenant on the garden to the front to limit the height of trees, bushes, parking of vehicles etc to ensure that our sea views are not disturbed.
